Pr’ Ambružarju – tourism and accommodation

Pr' Ambružarju offers a wide choice of home-made dishes prepared to traditional recipes. On the menu are various stews, home-made sausages and cold cuts, štruklji (rolled dumplings) and home-made bread. The menu changes with the seasons – in winter they also serve roast sausages and blood sausages with sauerkraut, žganci (a traditional crumbled buckwheat or maize dish) and špehovka (traditional bacon bread), and in summer soured milk with žganci. Lunches are also available with advance booking.

Indoors they can seat up to 60 guests, and in fine weather there is room for roughly as many again on the balcony and terrace. They take bookings for birthdays, christenings, confirmations, New Year celebrations and other events, as well as for camps and school outdoor-education stays.
