Pod Krvavcem

Gostilna Pod Krvavcem is a family-run inn (gostilna) with a tradition dating back to 1958. For three generations it has built its offering on home cooking, local ingredients and hospitality. Home-made cured meats are an important part of what they offer, and their dishes are prepared from carefully selected local and seasonal ingredients. Trout holds a special place on the menu – they have been preparing it for more than 70 years. The trout are caught in a nearby stream and prepared in more than 15 different ways, from classic recipes to more contemporary versions.

They also cater for guests with special dietary requirements: by arrangement, they prepare dishes for vegetarians, vegans and guests following a gluten-free diet. The food is complemented by a selection of more than 50 Slovenian wine labels.

The inn is a popular choice for family lunches as well as for weddings, private celebrations and business events.
