The Cerklje Tourism Board is taking part in the Green and Healthy Office, Friendly to Slovenia project.
Project GOALS:
- to create a working environment that is healthy, pleasant and stimulating
- to keep Slovenia clean and green
The project addresses 5 areas: waste, energy, water, transport and health.
The future therefore lies in so-called Green Offices, which contribute to an employee-friendly environment by caring for both employees and the environment and nature. For this reason, in our offices we use energy-efficient light bulbs, switch off computers, regulate room temperatures, separate waste, recycle paper, reduce water use, etc.
Research confirms that individuals who work in Green Offices and look after a green environment within them have a better self-image and are more confident, calmer and more relaxed in their work. At the same time, they help to shape a green company culture and show greater commitment to their workplace.
