Without a doubt, on our pastures, where the animals graze during the summer months.
Mountain pastures preserve an authenticity that you can taste in the milk and dairy products, too.
When you head up to the mountain pastures to sample these authentic dairy flavours, keep to the designated paths and do not disturb grazing animals.
At the same time, keep your canine friends on a lead. Please also avoid making unnecessary noise, as animals can easily be frightened. Listen instead to the birdsong and the rustling of the leaves.
Please take any rubbish from your outing in our mountains back down to the valley with you, and make sure you sort it into the appropriate containers at the recycling points.
