Excellent response from young people to the art competition on Alpine waters
LAS Srce Slovenije: The Slovenia-wide Art Competition on Alpine Waters, launched by the LAS Srce Slovenije local action group as part of the Network of Water Trails in the Kamnik–Savinja Alps project, received 228 works from 14 primary schools and one secondary school. We were delighted by the large number of entries and by the many different ways in which the children approached the theme. The jury, made up of Ivan Mitrevski (illustrator and writer), Mija Bokal (LAS Srce Slovenije) and Barbara Strajnar (Municipality of Kamnik), met on 26 November 2021 in Kamnik, reviewed all the entries received and selected 8 winning works.
