Popular finger-knitting workshop with Puffy yarn delights participants!
How do you turn small, fluffy loops into something truly unique? That is exactly what the participants of our first creative workshop discovered, with the help of Puffy yarn and under the guidance of experienced crafter and local resident Maja Cvitanović.
On Saturday, 25 January 2025, we successfully held our first creative finger-knitting workshop at Petrovc House in Cerklje na Gorenjskem. The workshop was led by Maja Cvitanović of Domače čarovnije, who enthusiastically shared her knowledge and creative ideas.
The participants gathered at 10 o'clock in the pleasant surroundings of the first floor of Petrovc House. Each of them had a wide range of colours of Puffy yarn to choose from – a yarn that is especially popular for creative projects of this kind thanks to its exceptional qualities, including its hypoallergenic composition.
Under Maja's attentive guidance, the participants first mastered the basics of finger knitting and then confidently carried on working on their own. With their creativity, they turned the Puffy yarn into beautiful scarves, whose softness and vibrant colours won everyone over.
Alongside the creative work, care was also taken to create a pleasant atmosphere. Participants could enjoy refreshing drinks, homemade muffins and savoury snacks, which made the event even more enjoyable.
The two-hour workshop was full of creative inspiration, relaxation and new experiences. The participants' positive feedback inspires us to organise further events.
