On Monday, 13 March, Krvavec will host an unforgettable get-together of well-known faces from the hospitality scene.
It will be the venue for the Gourmet Cup Ljubljana ski and culinary event. Top chefs, young talents, Slovenian winemakers, suppliers, food journalists and food lovers, heart and soul, will all come together.
The day will begin with a delicious gourmet breakfast, followed by the draw and the handing out of bib numbers. The skiers will then compete in no fewer than six categories for the top step of the podium. This time, former ski ace Jure Košir will be the first on the course, opening the ski race for the gourmet cup.
True gourmet indulgence – 𝐠𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐭 𝐨𝐧 𝐬𝐧𝐨𝐰 – will be provided on the Krvavec beach by young culinary talents from seven Slovenian catering schools, under the watchful eye of top chefs.
The event will end with an 𝐚𝐩𝐫𝐞̀𝐬-𝐬𝐤𝐢 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲, with music provided by Fehtarji.
The finale will take place on 14 March with a gourmet 𝐃𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐫 on the Krvavec gondola.
