On Monday, 19 May 2025, at 11 am, we invite you to Dvor Jezeršek in Cerklje na Gorenjskem, where, together with Jezeršek gostinstvo, we will present the project Fish Adventure: From Nature to Table. The project is part of the Programme for the Implementation of the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund in the Republic of Slovenia for the period 2021–2027.
The event will present the objectives and activities of the project, which focuses on the importance of locally produced fish in the diet, sustainable development and the involvement of various social groups, such as nurseries, schools, care homes for the elderly and others.
The event programme will include:
- a presentation of the project partners and content,
- a fish cookery workshop with master chef Luka Jezeršek,
- an opportunity for networking and sharing good practice.
The event is an excellent opportunity for experts, fish farmers, educational institutions, the media and the local community to meet.
