Dear library users,
From 4 May until further notice, the Cerklje na Gorenjskem Local Library will operate on a collection system for pre-ordered materials during special opening hours, as follows:
Monday and Tuesday: 13.00-18.00
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 9.00-14.00
Ordering materials
Members will be required, until further notice, to order materials in advance. You will be able to order up to 5 items of any kind at a time. You can collect the materials no earlier than 1 hour after receiving notification that they are ready for you. The collection procedure is described below.
Materials can be returned in a special box in the entrance hall of Petrovc House. In line with the recommendations of the NIJZ (National Institute of Public Health), returned materials must be kept in quarantine for 7 days. On return, the materials will remain recorded on the member’s account as held for the duration of the quarantine. Once the quarantine period has ended, the materials will be finally cleared from the member’s account. We advise you to check in the Moja knjižnica (My Library) service after 7 days whether the materials have been returned.
During this period, inter-branch loans are not possible (between the branches of Kranj City Library). Likewise, interlibrary loans are not possible (from other Slovenian or foreign libraries). Reservations in COBISS+ are also not yet possible.

- check in the COBISS+ catalogue (opens in a new tab) whether the item is available for loan,
- fill in one of the online forms below, or
- call us by phone.
Ordered materials will be held for collection for 4 working days.

All restrictions are temporary and will be eased in line with future NIJZ recommendations.
