The subject of the public call for offers for the lease of real property is business premises no. 2, measuring 97.40 m2, located on the ground floor of the Hribar House at Trg Davorina Jenka 10, 4207 Cerklje na Gorenjskem, building no. 703, cadastral municipality (k.o.) 2118 Cerklje. The business premises consist of three rooms, a kitchenette, toilets and two entrance areas. The business premises have two entrance areas of their own, accessed directly from the courtyard on the western side of the building.
The four-storey building was constructed in 1900 and thoroughly renovated in 1989, with subsequent renovation of the façade in 2007 and of the roof in 2008.
