From 9 to 25 May 2025, the third Okusi kranjskih miz (Flavours of Kranj Tables) culinary festival will take place, this year bringing together 17 inns from Kranj and four neighbouring municipalities: Cerklje na Gorenjskem, Naklo, Preddvor and Tržič.
Once again this year, the Municipality of Cerklje na Gorenjskem is taking an active part in the festival, with a particular highlight being Gostilna pod Krvavcem, an inn that has been renowned for its home cooking and hospitality for more than 60 years.
Gostilna pod Krvavcem (opens in a new tab) will be offering seasonal menus at a set price of €29 during the festival. Particular emphasis will be placed on locally produced ingredients, such as fish from fish farms in Gorenjska (Upper Carniola) and vegetables from nearby fields.
The Okusi kranjskih miz festival is an opportunity for all lovers of good food to discover the wealth of local flavours and support local restaurateurs. Visitors are encouraged to make their way to the participating inns on foot, by bike or by public transport, thereby contributing to the sustainable development of the region.
