Dinner on the Cable Car

The inns Dvor Jezeršek and Krištof have created a unique culinary experience, Dinner on the Cable Car, set amid the Kamnik–Savinja Alps. The cabins of the Krvavec cable car are transformed into small private restaurants, where up to four people can enjoy a three-course dinner. Dinner is served in turns over two rides up and two rides down. The third ride is followed by a stop at the foot of the ski area and a sweet surprise, and guests can round off the evening with good company and a glass of wine in a nearby mountain hut.

The experience owes its special charm to the weather conditions and the views of the surrounding landscape, which mean that no two events are ever quite the same. The event takes place in the shelter of the Krvavec cable car buildings and cabins, and guests are kept comfortable even on colder days.

For Dinner on the Cable Car, the inns Dvor Jezeršek and Krištof prepare seasonal menus with a local character that change with the seasons.

As we want the culinary experience to be an enjoyable one for our guests, we can prepare dishes to meet special dietary requirements if notified in advance. The only exception is completely gluten-free dishes, as traces of gluten cannot be fully excluded from our working environment. If you have any dietary requirements (special diets, allergies, etc.), please let us know at least four days before the event by emailing akademija@jezersek.si, so that our chefs can adapt the menu accordingly. Dinner on the Cable Car can also be arranged for larger groups of 40 to 120 people. A gift tin containing a gift voucher with a code can be purchased at TIC Cerklje (Tourist Information Centre) or at other points of sale.
